What can I say?  I’m Kathlyn, this is my baking blog…sort of.  It’s my blog.  It’s sort of about baking.  I’ve realized that I learn the most about myself and everything else when the oven is on.  I live in Los Angeles where it’s hard to find anything, let alone good food (it’s out there, you just have to drive and/or pay top dollar for it – boo!).  I work in marketing and communications (know of an agency/biz looking for a PR/marcom rock star?  Please let me know – I’m looking!) and spend every minute that I’m not doing that writing, baking and hanging out with my best friend, the husband.  I also am very lucky to have a handful of people who keep me sane, laughing, on the right track (with a couple of turns every now and then) and help me eat it all.
