		<description>Yes I know what you mean and believe it or not food is usually more heathly if it still has dirt on it. Washing and cutting and covering food in plastic robbs food of nutrients for example potatoes with dirt on them have about 20% more vitamin C than the washed, cut and packed ones. And a little dirt ever hurt anyone. Also heaps of cheap food means that they are in season and top class. Hope of a post-a-day for 30 days goes well.
